Creamy Red Harissa Dip with Pita Chips

This creamy Red Harissa Dip along with Pita chips won’t disappoint, the spicy and tangy notes will make you see the point.

Serves: 2-4



  • 2 Pocketless Pita or Store-bough Pita Chips
  • ½ cup Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt/ Regular Yogurt/ Sour Cream
  • 1 Tbsp Red Harissa Paste
  • 1½ oz Feta Cheese (optional)
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt & Pepper



  1. Cut each pita bread in 8 equally cut wedges.
  2. Then, we’ll preheat our oven or airfryer to 450F/230C.
  3. Meanwhile, transfer the wedges into a sheet pan and drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Arrange the wedges in an even layer and bake in the oven for 7-9 mins, until crispy.
  5. In a medium bowl, combine the yogurtharissacheese (crumbling before adding), and 2 tablespoons of olive oil (optional). Season with salt and pepper; stir well.
  6. Serve the creamy-dreamy dip with Pita Chips** on the side.


Note: Skip the Steps 1-4 if you have store-bought chips

** Feel free to use any kind of chips in the place of pita
