How to Use ?

- Cook: Stir-fry chicken, paneer, or tofu with bell peppers, peanuts, and 2 tbsp Kung Pao Sauce
- Marinade: Coat proteins for 30 mins before grilling for deep Sichuan flavour
- Glaze: Brush onto grilled chicken or fish in the last few minutes of cooking
- Dip: Serve with momos, dumplings, or spring rolls
- Ramen: Stir a spoonful into broth for a spicy, numbing kick
- Noodles: Toss with noodles, veggies, and a splash of sesame oil

The Story

Kung Pao sauce is named after Ding Baozhen,a high-ranking Qing Dynasty official with the title "Gongbao." Legend says he requested a dish of peanuts and chillies, and his chef created something extraordinary. Sichuan peppercorns were added later, giving the sauce its signature "mala", numbing and spicy sensation that took it global. Chilzo imports its Sichuan peppercorns from the origin to deliver that same authentic tingling depth.
