Refund policy
Cancellation by Customer/Website
A customer can cancel an order anytime up to the time the order has been dispatched by calling our customer service. Once the order has been dispatched from our end, it cannot be cancelled. If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders with/without providing any notification to the Customer. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.
Returns
Given that we are dealing with food products, our company follows a strict no return or exchange policy. Returns will only be accepted if the product is damaged or if the wrong item has been sent. In such cases, proof of the package (images/videos) is required, and the request must be raised within 2 days of delivery. Each of these orders will be dealt with on an individual and case-by-case basis. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer and please be advised to provide your receipt number for speedy damaged product redressal.
Refunds: Refunds will be processed and credited within 2 working days to the original mode of payment after verification of the issue and approval of the return request.
Replacements
If you are sending back a damaged product, once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement product. If you are approved, then your replacement product will be processed and shipped out to you within a certain 7-10 days.
Shipping: Orders are shipped on the next working day from order confirmation.
- Pick Up: If an item is deemed damaged by our customer service team (after redressal), Chilzo will pay for the shipping of the product.
