Cooked on Low Flame: We’re all about cooking on low flame. The tomatoes we use are fresh and flavorful, so when they’re cooked on low flame with regular stirring, the sugars from the tomatoes don’t burn and we get a naturally thick, velvety texture just how they have it in Italy.
A Big Punch of Chilli: It won’t be called the “angry sauce” if there’s no heat. This fiery tomato sauce gets its nice punch of heat from a generous spoonful of crushed red pepper flakes for a hot, toasty flavor.
