Instructions:
- Boil the pasta in salted water until al dente, adding a splash of olive oil to prevent sticking. Drain and set aside.
- Roast the mixed vegetables in a pan until lightly colored. Set aside.
- Sauté the minced garlic in 2 tablespoons of butter in another pan.
