Instructions:


  1. Boil the pasta in salted water until al dente, adding a splash of olive oil to prevent sticking. Drain and set aside.
  2. Roast the mixed vegetables in a pan until lightly colored. Set aside.
  3. Sauté the minced garlic in 2 tablespoons of butter in another pan.
  4. Add Chilzo's Arrabiata Sauce to the garlic and butter, and mix well.
  5. Add the cooked pasta and roasted vegetables to the pan, and toss until well combined.
  6. Sprinkle with fresh basil leaves.
  7. Top with a generous amount of grated cheese and serve.
